Analytics

Overview, ranking and charts for a project, folder or link — and what changes across plans.

Where to open

Three entry points: “Analytics” tab, “Detailed analytics →” on the card, right-click “Detailed analytics”.

  1. Open the “Analytics” tab.
  2. On the left pick an entity: empty / root = whole project; folder; link.
  3. Choose a mode and time window.

Entity tree on the left of the analytics tab.

SelectionWhat is summed
Project rootAll project links
FolderLinks in the folder and nested folders
LinkOne link (+ “all time” block on overview)

“Overview” mode

Key metrics for the window (clicks, bots, spend, average response), donut charts and top links.

  1. “Overview” mode.
  2. Window: “24h” · “7d” · “30d” (or a custom range if available).
  3. Inspect donut charts: devices, countries, browsers, UTM source — depending on data and plan.

“Ranking” and “Charts”

Ranking — top tables by dimension; charts — click and spend series over time.

  1. “Ranking” → pick a dimension (links, targets, UTM, referrers, platforms, countries — set depends on entity and data coverage).
  2. “Charts” → watch the trend; live data refreshes about once a minute.

UTM mode

Tagging quality (share of clicks with any tag and with a full source/medium/campaign triple), fill of each field, slices, and a combination table.

  1. UTM mode.
  2. Check fill: empty content and term often mean creatives are not distinguished.
  3. Click a value or a combination row to narrow the report. Download CSV exports the combinations.
  4. If the window is older than raw click retention, lifetime per-tag slices remain; combinations and exact tagging rates are unavailable in that mode.

Retention and aggregates

Depth of detailed (raw) clicks depends on the project owner’s plan. Older days may be served as aggregates.

For UTM campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), check your plan early if you need more than a couple of weeks of detail.
