Quick start

For new users: from sign-in to your first link, folder, drag-and-drop move and analytics — without extra theory.

Sign in to the workspace

Sign-in is OAuth only (Google on kkrch.ru). There is no separate username/password.

1. On the home page click “Sign in” (or open /auth).
2. Accept the terms and privacy policy.
3. “Continue with Google” → after sign-in you land on /home.

• Returning from the same browser usually opens the workspace immediately.
• If you see “Account temporarily limited”, wait or click “Refresh”; this is abuse protection, not a ban for your links.

Project

Everything lives in a project: your folders, links and subdomain bindings. On the left — the “Projects” list.

1. If you have no projects — “+ Create first project” or “New project”.
2. Enter a name (description optional) → “Create”.
3. Click a project in the sidebar to switch the workspace.

• You can reorder projects in the sidebar by dragging — order is saved in this browser.
• Links cannot be dragged between projects (see “Links and folders”).

Right-click is the main gesture

Most tree actions use the right mouse button. The menu depends on what you clicked.

1. Right-click empty tree space → “Create folder” / “Create link”.
2. Right-click a link → “QR code”, “Edit”, “Detailed analytics”, “Delete link”.
3. Right-click a folder → rename, colour, analytics, “Delete folder”.
4. The same “+ Link” / “+ Folder” actions are on the bar above the tree.

• Links and folders

First link

A short link points to your destination; you choose the name and subdomain (within your plan).

1. “+ Link” or right-click → “Create link”.
2. Fill in “Destination URL”.
3. Build the short URL: subdomain (or “no subdomain”) + name; you can use `{random_suffix}`.
4. If needed, open “Advanced settings” (expiry, click cap, password, captcha).
5. “Create link” → click the row to open the detail card on the right.

Folder and move

Folders group campaigns. Move only by drag-and-drop (cut/paste is not supported).

1. “+ Folder” → name + colour (required) → confirm.
2. Drag a link onto a folder (highlight) or onto the list root to move it out.
3. Multiple rows: Alt + click → drag any selected item.

Deleting a folder does not delete links — only the “box”. Links stay in the project root. Deleting a link is permanent (see “Links and folders”).

Analytics in a minute

Clicks, bots, spend and breakdowns — on the “Analytics” tab and on the link card.

1. “Analytics” tab → pick a project / folder / link on the left.
2. “Overview” mode · window “24h” / “7d” / “30d”.
3. Or on “Links” open the card → “Detailed analytics →”.
