Marketing home without sign-in, guest /report, and gates before a protected short-link redirect.
Home page
Address / — marketing page: nav, hero, features, scenarios, analytics, pricing, FAQ, CTAs and report block. Product entry is “Sign in” → /auth (Google on kkrch.ru).

- Scroll the sections or sign in to create real links in the workspace.
Hero: headline, demo URL field and dashboard preview.
- The “Shorten” field in the hero is an in-browser demo: it shows a sample short URL but does not create a server-side link. Real links only after signing in to /home.
- On a narrow screen a bottom bar “Try for free” → /auth appears.
- At the bottom — “Report content” (#report) and a footer with /docs, /about, /report, /legal/*.
Prices and limits on the page are indicative; real plan limits appear in the workspace (plan badge, upgrade hints). Display amounts on kkrch.ru are in EUR.
Report content
Page /report — guest form without registration. Heading: “Report content”. Reply goes to the email you provide.
- Open /report (from home: “Submit report”, footer “Report”, or HelpTip → “Complaints procedure” → /legal/complaints).
- Choose a type: “Short-link abuse”, “Other legal issue”, “Feedback” or “Other”.
- Enter an email for the reply. For abuse types — short-link URL field (required for “Short-link abuse”).
- Fill in subject and description; accept both notices (privacy / GDPR-oriented notice and accuracy of information); pass the captcha → “Submit report”.
- Wait for the “Report accepted” screen with a case number.
/report form: type, fields and consents.
- Query `?url=` pre-fills the short-link address (handy from email or a bookmark).
- Guest form does not accept attachments — text only. Attach files in a support ticket from the workspace.
- After submit you get email confirmation and a status link / one text follow-up; review can take up to 30 days (priority cases faster).
- Procedure and legal wording — /legal/complaints, /legal/personal-data, /legal/privacy, /legal/terms (GDPR-oriented EU pack on kkrch.ru).
WARNING: Without both notices and the captcha the form will not submit. Use a working email — otherwise you will not get a reply or status link.
Password-protected link
If a short link has a password, the public hit first opens /password-form?short_name=…&subdomain=… (“Link is password-protected”), not the destination.
- The owner sets the password in “Advanced settings” when creating/editing the link.
- The recipient opens the short link → sees the KKOROCHE form with the link name (and subdomain if any).
- Enters the password → “Continue” (or Enter) → on success the browser goes to the destination.

- Wrong password — error message; the link does not open.
- Too many failed attempts from one IP — temporary block (message like “Too many attempts”).
- If the link requires captcha (not password), the sibling /captcha-form (“Security check”) opens — also before redirect.
- The workspace link card shows “password” / “captcha” protection icons.
WARNING: Only people you share it with outside the product know the password. Analytics and export never contain the password text — if lost, set a new one in link edit.
