Returns active subdomains for the current user.

Create subdomain
Registers a branded subdomain in the given scope (or restores a previously deleted one).
Behaviour
Owner is derived from `scope_id` — a separate `company_id` is not required.

Delete subdomain
Soft-deletes the subdomain and deactivates related links.
Behaviour
Restore the subdomain via `POST /subdomains` with the same name — links with `inactive_reason = subdomain_deleted` become active again.
